Lighthouse Events has announced that Bill Mallia will be opening for Sparrow Records recording artist Josh Wilson during his upcoming New England tour. Event dates and locations are Thursday, September 15th at the Centerpoint Church in Concord, NH, Friday, September 16th at the Charleston Pentecostal Church in Charleston, ME and Saturday, September 17th at the Messiah Christian Church in Wells, ME. All shows are scheduled to kick-off at 7:00 PM.

Bill will take the stage in advance of Josh, performing his feel-good, sunshiny "trop/folk/rock" music with overtly Christian lyrics. Hailed by many as the "Jimmy Buffett of Christian music", Bill’s writing style has been influenced by both an inextricable personal relationship with Jesus Christ along with a whole lot of travel to the Caribbean, Tahiti and other places with "Eden-like" weather.

Singer and songwriter Josh Wilson, who signed to Sparrow Records in 2006, released his major label debut, “Trying To Fit The Ocean In A Cup” in 2008. The album was met with critical acclaim and was named among the Top Ten Best Albums of 2008 by GospelMusicChannel.com.
